Only Tranzact Information Services can provide access to the 3 major credit bureaus prescreen data. Our aggregate prescreen universise contains credit data from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion with approximately 500 data attributes on 220 million consumers. Each dataset is updated monthly to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Our property data includes powerful information about homeowners identified by county deed records, self-reported data, and credit bureau files. A small sample of attributes include: Market Value, Dwelling Type, Amenities, Loan to Value, Lender Name, Loan Dates, Loan Type.

DataPlusSM is our premier credit-scored homeowner database. It includes powerful information about homeowners identified by county deed records, self-reported data, and credit bureau files. The platform sends a daily feed of homeowner records directly through our proprietary pipeline to the Equifax database. Every record is then overlaid with current credit information and debt amounts.
